Customer service could be better. Often go on here for my daughter and have to find someone for help with the shoes. They do have a good selection we leave happy but not too many options so it's bittersweet but makes it quick and easy.

Found some low top Lugs for 16 bucks. The have really good prices and you have up to 5 yrs to return your shoes 👀. First time there but it was great. They have great deals.

I did spend a great time here. I went in to buy some hiking shoes and everything went well. The staff is professional, patient, kind, and supportive when we tried on different kinds of shoes. The store was not crowded during our visit. I love how Big5 has stocked many helpful and different kinds of sporting products for customers. BIG5 is the top place on my head whenever I need to buy sports gear. Highly recommend this awesome place!
